14 days to change your mind

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, let us know before the 14 days are over: email Lvjozy@gmail.com with your order number and the items you are returning. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Sending items back

• Send the items back within 14 days after you told us that you withdraw. If you picked up your order in Rīga, you can also bring the items back to us by appointment.
• You pay the cost of sending the items back, unless an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. If they were used beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost of your order within 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items back or you have shown that you sent them. We refund with the same payment method you used; cash and crypto payments are refunded by bank transfer.

Exceptions

Sealed goods that can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons once they were unsealed after delivery - for example opened supplements and mouthguards - can't be returned.

Faulty or wrong items

If a product is faulty or not as described, you are protected by the legal guarantee for 2 years from delivery. Contact us at Lvjozy@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it. In this case we pay for the return.
