Delivery

We deliver across Europe. You choose the delivery method at checkout and see the exact price before you pay.

Delivery options

• Pickup in Rīga - free. Livciema iela 57, Rīga, Latvia. Pickup is by appointment: we contact you when your order is ready.
• Omniva or DPD parcel locker - €3.99. In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Usually 1-3 working days after we ship. Parcels up to 30 kg. Boxing bags and other large items can't go to parcel lockers.
• Jozy courier - €9.70. We deliver ourselves in Rīga, Mārupe, Ķekava and Jaunmārupe for orders over €80.00. We call you to agree a time.
• Courier to your door. Everywhere else in Europe. The price depends on the weight of your parcel and is shown at checkout.

When we ship

Paid orders are usually packed within 1-2 working days. Orders paid by bank transfer or directly to our crypto wallet are sent once the payment has arrived. You get an email when your order is on its way, with a tracking number when the carrier provides one.

Delivery outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the EU (for example Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom), customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are charged by the customs office of your country and paid by the customer.

Damaged parcel?

Please check the parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged, take photos and contact us at Lvjozy@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can sort it out.
