Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases in the online shop jozyfit.com. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Seller

SIA Jozy, registration number 40203750430, address Livciema iela 57, Rīga, Latvia, email Lvjozy@gmail.com.

2. Orders

  • Product photos may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
  • If a product turns out to be unavailable, we tell you right away and refund anything you have paid.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and are final prices. SIA Jozy is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Payment

You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Revolut), with PayPal, with cryptocurrency (through CoinGate or directly to our wallet), by bank transfer, or in cash at pickup or when our own courier delivers. Card details are handled only by the payment providers - we never see them.

Orders paid by bank transfer or directly to our crypto wallet are reserved for 7 days. If the payment has not arrived by then, we may cancel the order. For direct crypto payments you pay the euro total; the coin amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of the transfer, and network fees are paid by the sender.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and times are described on the Delivery page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. How this works and the exceptions are described on the Returns and refunds page.

7. Legal guarantee

Goods must match their description and be fit for use. If they are not, you have the rights of the legal guarantee for 2 years from delivery, according to Latvian and EU consumer law. Contact us at Lvjozy@gmail.com.

8. Discount codes

A discount code can be used under the conditions given with it. Codes can't be exchanged for cash.

9. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about the product or the shop. We may remove reviews that are offensive, off-topic, or contain advertising or personal data.

10. Complaints and disputes

Write to Lvjozy@gmail.com and we will answer within 14 days. If we can't solve the matter together, you can turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or, if you live in another EU country, to the European Consumer Centre of your country.

11. Applicable law

Latvian law applies. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
